Under services I manually stopped and restarted the Microsoft Bluetooth services. It is apparent that the Microsoft Bluetooth services have stopped working. In device manager under hidden devices I still can not see any Bluetooth devices. In device manager I can see the Intel 7260 Wifi-ac entry under networking In device manager there is No generic Microsoft Bluetooth entry or Intel Bluetooth entry. In device manager there is NO Bluetooth button entry. In action center there is NO Bluetooth button I uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the Intel Windows-10 Bluetooth drivers for this Wifi/Bluetooth combo card. However I am unable to get Bluetooth to work. I uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the Intel drivers for Windows-10, 64-bit. It worked fine under Windows 8.1 before the upgrade. I have an HP notebook with an Intel 7260 Wifi-ac / bluetooth combo card installed.
